The HMI team is heading back to India for sourcing more virgin Indian hair and maintaining quality control in our factories. The process of controlling quality in hair as well as manufacturing the wefts and closures is no simple task. Sometimes as many as 50 skilled laborers are called in to handle large and custom orders. When team HMI goes back to India we work hand in hand with our labor to teach new methods and make sure all our practices and methods are being instilled in the new workers.
This year we are adding an exciting new concept… Interviewing and examining the lifestyles before and after of the women and men who give their hair to God as a thank you.
